Last Updated: June 2026 Welcome to Genify Cloud. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genify Cloud website, products, and services. By accessing or using Genify Cloud , you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. 1. Description of Services Genify Cloud provides an online platform where users can discover, compare, purchase, access, and deploy AI agents, AI assistants, automation workflows, software tools, APIs, prompts, templates, and related digital products. Products may be offered directly by Genify Cloud or by independent creators, developers, and vendors. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Genify Cloud. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 3. Account Registration Certain features may require account creation. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Maintain the security of your account Keep login credentials confidential Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. 4. Purchases and Payments All purchases made through Genify Cloud are subject to payment authorization and verification. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, and other supported payment services. Prices, fees, payment methods, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms. 5. Subscription Plans and Billing Certain products or services available through Genify Cloud may be offered through recurring subscription plans. Subscriptions operate on an invoice-first model. Access to services may be granted only after the applicable invoice has been successfully paid. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions do not automatically renew. Users are responsible for renewing subscriptions before their expiration date by paying the applicable renewal invoice. Invoices may include an expiration date. Unpaid invoices may be automatically cancelled after expiration and may require a new order to continue service. Genify Cloud reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription offerings at any time. Changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for. 6. Service Expiration, Suspension, and Deletion Failure to renew a subscription before its expiration date may result in: Service interruption Suspension of account features Restricted access to purchased services Removal of hosted resources Permanent deletion of inactive resources after an applicable retention period Genify Cloud is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to renew services before expiration. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of any data associated with purchased services. 7. Digital Products Products offered on Genify Cloud are digital products and services. Upon successful purchase, users receive the license or access rights specified on the product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise: Purchases grant a non-exclusive license to use the product Ownership of intellectual property remains with the creator or rights holder Products may not be copied, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or transferred without authorization 8. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades Genify Cloud may offer plan upgrades, downgrades, or service modifications. Where applicable, upgrades may be prorated based on the remaining value of the user's current subscription period. Downgrades may become effective immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the specific service. Certain features may become unavailable following a downgrade. 9. Marketplace Sellers Independent sellers are responsible for: Product accuracy Product descriptions Legal compliance Customer support obligations Ownership of intellectual property rights Genify Cloud acts as a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the performance, accuracy, quality, or suitability of third-party products. 10. Affiliate and Referral Program Genify Cloud may offer referral, affiliate, or promotional reward programs.
